ADMISSION TO SCHOOL
Admission to nursery and K.G. Classes is done in the month of January.
Advance registration opens from 1st January. Prospectus can be
bought from the school office. Admission will be given on
first come first serve basis.
AGE FOR ADMISSION
Admission age for Nursery is 2 Years 6 Months on as
1st April in the year of admission. The child shall be
placed in lower / upper Nursery as per age and performance.
Age for K.G. is 4+ Years. Admission will be based on test and
number of seats available. Each section is limited to 30 Students.
REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee is 1100/- for every class. The fee structure
varies from class to class. Please contact the office to
enquire the fee structure according to the grade of your
ward. The fee structure is determined according to the
actual expenditure.
HOSTEL
Top class accommodation is provided to all the boys and girls separately in the dormitories with the following facilities.

COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS
1. The hostellers may write letter to their family members on the first Monday of each month under supervision of dormitory wardens.
2. The school has to exercise a mild censorship over the letter of children.
TELEPHONE CALLS
1. Children are not allowed to book calls from the school telephone. In case of any emergency school management shall contact the parents.
2. Children may receive their incoming telephone calls on Sunday.
3. To bless the child on his/her birthday, the parents may ring up in the morning between 7a.m. and 8a.m.
PARENTS NIGHT STAY
The school has no provision for the night stay of the parents. However, a suitable room/accommodation in good hotels at Patiala can be arranged for their stay if advance intimation is given.
The mess is managed by a committee. The caloric value and the nutritional food balance is maintained by providing milk with protein powder, butter, fruit & fresh vegetables. Special diet is arranged on medical grounds. The school mess caters for tea & biscuits or veg. pakora at break time. The kitchen in-charge is responsible for wholesome cooking & efficient services of the food. Note : Only Vegetarian Food is served.
